Nutti's muses

I read little bits of everything.  My mystery preference is cozy.  I enjoy science fiction, but do not have a science background.  And I'm a hobbit from wayback before I was old enough to vote.

How Evan Broke His Head and Other Secrets

How Evan Broke His Head and Other Secrets - Garth Stein Everybody keeps commenting that this was no Thirteen Reasons Why and it wasn't, but why should every author's book be similar? Emma and Josh have been best friends forever. They live next door to each other. When Josh gives Emma a CD Rom for AOL, the year is 1997. Emma somehow gains access to a mysterious "website" called Facebook. Once Emma realizes it's not a prank she and Josh use Facebook to glean out bits of the future. The more deeply they delve the more strained their relationship becomes. Can status updates help bring two friends forever or will it destroy their friendship?
