Penny Lane's family is breaking apart. This big city New Yorker is moving with her mom to Hogs Hollow where her mom grew up. There she's going to start a cupcake shop. Penny is now the new kid in a town where everyone has known everyone else since birth. Penny must find friends and deal with her parents separation.
