Hidden Empire
The sequel to Empire what happens after the 2nd American Civil War. The plotting and scheming of men with power. Also a new plague threatens Africa and the America president quarantines the whole continent of Africa in hopes of containing it. This series is worth a read if only to think about what it means to "protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America" which is what ever solider and President swear to do. This is a smart political thriller with cool military gadgets thrown in.
