Nutti's muses

I read little bits of everything.  My mystery preference is cozy.  I enjoy science fiction, but do not have a science background.  And I'm a hobbit from wayback before I was old enough to vote.

Bonds of Justice (Psy/Changeling Novels)

Bonds of Justice - Nalini Singh This is the first book in the series to really explore the humans in this world. Max is a human cop, a bit unusual as he has natural shields against Psy interference. He is paired up with a J Psy, those rare Psy who go into the heads of serial killers to help get proof or to find where bodies are buried. These Psy however have a very short lifespan due to the nature of their work. Sophia is paired with Max to determine if the deaths of Counciller's Duncan aides are accidentally or something more. Do Max & Sophia have a future together? All the usual characters show up from the previous books.
