The Lace Makers of Glenmara: A Novel

The Lace Makers of Glenmara - Heather Barbieri I really loved this book!!! Kate is exploring Ireland after some disappiontments in her life. Her fiancee broke off the engagement & her mother died of cancer. The fashion career she hoped for fizzled out. She is exploring Ireland with no firm itinerary or destination in mind. She ends up in the small struggling village of Glenmara. There she meets a group of lace makers who change her life as she changes theirs. This is a must read for any lovers of Sharon Owens or Maeve Binchy.
