Nutti's muses

I read little bits of everything.  My mystery preference is cozy.  I enjoy science fiction, but do not have a science background.  And I'm a hobbit from wayback before I was old enough to vote.

The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society: A Novel

The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society - Mary Ann Shaffer This is a charming book, charming enough that I think I need to buy a personal copy so I know I'll have it on hand when I want to reread it. It's a charming story told in letters about a writer dealing with writer's block and the story of the charming people of Guernsey a Channel Island off the coast of England and how they coped with the Nazi occupation of WWII. Delightful characters that make you sad to read that last page. You'll want to stay there a long time.
